Also to note is PHP 7 support was only added in SWIG-3.0.11. I'm trying to

Not sure I'm following you. Do I need to have swig installed? I don't.

Again, not sure I'm following you. Is mapscriptPHP7_wrap.c supposed to be
in the source files that I download or git clone, or is it created in the
build process?
