Can't upgrade to PostGIS 3.4.3, not listed by apt as upgrade.

Hi,

Even though I see PostGIS 3.4.3 for PostgreSQL 16 listed on the 
PostgreSQL apt repository since September the 12th 
(https://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/pool/main/p/postgis/), from 
which I installed it in the distant past and that is set in Ubuntu as 
the apt source for PostgreSQL, I do not see this upgrade being listed in 
Ubuntu when I run e.g. Software Updates of Synaptic.

I haven't seen issues with previous updates, and other updates, e.g. 
Libre Office, kernel etc. for Ubuntu 22.04, seem to work fine.

I am currently on PostGIS 3.4.2 / PostgreSQL 16.4.

Any ideas?
