Based on the build matrix [amd64, arm64, i386, ppc64el, s390x], more and more builds are successfully completing. https://pgdgbuild.dus.dg-i.net/job/postgis-binaries/399/ I expect the (debian+ubuntu) PostGIS 3.4.3 pkg announcement to come sometime next week. After the announcement, I will also need to update the https://github.com/postgis/docker-postgis repo and the postgis/postgis Docker images.
