SRID lost in ST_UNION

Sorry for the email, I am new at this list. I hope this is a correct way to post issue.
Anyway what I have is:

1)
PostgreSQL 15.1 on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (GCC) 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-44), 64-bit

Query:

Is there a regression between those versions?
