The win postgis check

Hi everyone,

I encountered two errors while running PostGIS checks on the Windows
platform, both related to the COPY command.
+ERROR: could not open file "/tmp/pgis_reg/pgis_reg_tmp//test_4_tmp" for
writing: No such file or directory

What should I do?
I have already made sure there are no file permission issues.
