Installing latest PostGIS on Windows

Hello,

The current EDB Windows download for PostgreSQL 18 does not include PostGIS
in StackBuilder. This typically happens with a new major PG version via
EDB, but I’ve opened a ticket anyway
<https://github.com/EnterpriseDB/edb-installers/issues/415> asking if they
plan to include PostGIS in StackBuilder going forward given that in PG 17
they dropped their Language Pack.

I’m hunting for the best step-by-step directions for downloading the 3.6.0
version of PostGIS and installing it manually on Windows, outside of
StackBuilder. Scanning the PostGIS site and not immediately seeing that.
All help appreciated.
