Some maintenance hints (Re: java-atk-wrapper 0.30.7)

Hi Magdalen,
just a little comment. From the ftp-release list, I realized that you
already made two releases of java-atk-wrapper (thanks btw). Those two
were relatively small in new changes. Usually maintainers doesn't do
releases so often, as would mean a lot of time used only doing releases.
Each maintainer can decide on the periodicity, but what most
maintainers of a GNOME module do is following the GNOME release cycle,
and doing a release each time a release of GNOME is done. Additionally,
some additional releases would be needed if a bugfix is really required
for any distro.
You can see here how the cycle of the previous cycle was scheduled [1].
For this cycle is still a draft, but you can see it here [2].
