No.

This list is a good start.  You can also file a feature request with 
gnome-shell's bugzilla, specifying the magnifier component.   This url 
will take you to the form:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=gnome-shell

However, you need to set up an account, and if you are unfamiliar with 
bugzilla, it can be tricky.
