proper version of gtk3+

Hi.  After a long road and many updates, I have gnome and X windows
basically working again with the accessibility stack at 2.30 and it
seems I am using gnome 3.30 for the most part.

However, I seem to have the gtk+3 bug which makes things impossible,
program may be there, but orca does not know it.

Can you either give me the patch or the correct version of gtk+3 to
have.  I now have 24.7.
