GNOME Photos 40.rc released

Access, organize and share your photos on GNOME. A simple and elegant
replacement for using a file manager to deal with photos. Enhance, crop
and edit in a snap. Seamless cloud integration is offered through GNOME
Online Accounts.

 !154 gegl: Don't exceed arbitrary maximum number of threads
 !174 build, flatpak: Add an option for installing Flatpak-specific files
 !175 Unbreak deletion of items from the Tracker database
