Unable to open TGA: Excess data in file

Hi list I have a TGA image I cannot open in eog due to "Excess data in file". The Gimp opens it up fine. Where should a bug be filed? This is the file if anyone is interested: http://www.filedropper.com/resizegripright J. Leclanche / Adys
