As it is a minimal change, I took the liberty of pushing the change to Ctrl-Y to git master.

Actually, the choice is less obscure at second glance:  The “y” is present in “cryptography” (at least in the /very/ few languages I understand 😉️), *and* it is used for “Redo” in many applications (e.g. LibreOffice) – which is exactly what we do here.

Apart from that, it would actually be cool if the user could tweak the shortcuts.  E.g. use “Del” instead of “D” for delete, which is slightly more obvious.  No idea if this is possible, though.
