Dear List,

GNOME, which has hosted this list for many years, is in the process of migr=
ating discussion from mailing lists to Discourse[0]. A new issue[1] has bee=
n opened to discuss the migration for Balsa, with a proposed date of Octobe=
r 30th, 2020 (yes, in just over three weeks!).

The mechanism for continued discussion is laid out in the issue, and the ra=
tionale for the whole process is described in a link[2] that you can find t=
here.
