Are these two parts encapsulated in a multipart/mixed (=E2=80=9Cmixed parts=

multipart/alternative
     text/plain -> with a body reading =E2=80=9Cyour MUA doesn't support HT=
ML=E2=80=9D or similar
     multipart/related
         text/html -> the real content=E2=80=A6
         image/png -> =E2=80=A6and some extra stuff referenced by the html

Printing such messages is currently broken in Balsa (see issue #75, item 3)=
