Epiphany 3.18.11, 3.20.7, 3.22.6, 3.23.5 security releases

Hi distributors,

This new round of Epiphany releases fixes a serious vulnerability in
the password manager [1]. Please update expeditiously.

If you need to patch a very old version of Epiphany, be careful to not
break the profile migration path for your users. See the 3.18 branch
for an example of backporting a migrator from newer Epiphany to avoid
this.

(Unrelated reminder: As always, please also make sure you are following
WebKitGTK+ security advisories and distributing only the latest version
of WebKitGTK+, currently 2.14.3. [2])
