Well Fedora has a much more recent Epiphany than Ubuntu, so not surprising it might have broken between Ubuntu 18.04 and Fedora 29. This reminds me of https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=788576, but that fix predates either distro. I'd more likely suspect the changes to how web apps work between 3.28 and 3.30. I would report an issue for it on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/epiphany/issues. Does it work outside of web app mode? If any developers have a Whatapp account and want to try bisecting it, that'd be the easiest way to get it fixed. Michael >
