Fantastic!!

That is great news.  If you agree I'll also call the debian package
xfplan but will put both programs into xfplan so "apt-get install
xfplan" will load both programs.

Once done fplan/xfplan will become available on debian/knoppix/ubuntu
and all the other great debian derivatives.
