I'll upload a tarball of the databases.  That will probably happen around
Monday.

Sweet RV-8.  I realized years ago that I didn't have the discipline
to build an airplane.

I created the database as a seperate package, since it gets updated
every 56 days and I wanted to give people the option of just downloading
the database.

I doubt there are licensing issues; the database is taxpayer property.
