gkrellm, right side of the screen, hiding

Hello!

(My explanations can be unclear, but I hope screenshots will explain everything)

As some of you know, if you click with your middle mouse button on the edge of
gkrellm than it "hides" to a narrow stripe. It works OK (or at least as I would
expected) if gkrellm is at the left edge of the screen:

http://mars.iti.pk.edu.pl/~danadam/02.jpg (4.3 KB)

I prefer having it at the right edge of the screen, but unfortunately it
doesn't behave as I would expected in that case. After middle-clicking on
gkrellm it folds to ITS left border, so the narrow stripe isn't placed at the
right edge:

http://mars.iti.pk.edu.pl/~danadam/04.jpg (4.5 KB)

Now if I middle-click it one more time it unfolds again to left:
http://mars.iti.pk.edu.pl/~danadam/05.jpg (13 KB)

From now on it stays where it is and successive middle-clicks doesn't make it
"move" to the left.

And a question (finally :-) ), is it a bug or maybe I misconfigured something?
How can I make gkrellm to stay at the right edge of the screen?

I use Debian (testing), gkrellm 2.2.9, openbox 3.2 . On my friends' systems
([ArchLinux, KDE], [Ubuntu, KDE]) it behaves the same way.
