If gkrellmd is run on a smp box it transmits info for all cpus and doesn't care
if it is transmitting to a single processor box. So when you run on the 1cpu box:
   gkrellm -s smp-box
it will show data for all cpus automatically. Everything you see in that gkrellm
instance (excepting possibly enabled plugins) is data from the smp box.

I hope I didn't misunderstand your question?

Bill
