It looks like it could be that for the right image the theme scale is pretty low? Check if the config Themes->Options->Scale is different for your two runs. But even if this is the deal, the "Tx" shouldn't be disappearing so I'll look into that. The font differences could be different settings in the Themes->Fonts?
