Hi,

upcoming release of lm_sensors will probably have k8temp support. gkrellm
doesn't seem to be able to read out its temp values. sesnros gives:

k8temp-pci-00c3
Adapter: PCI adapter
Core0 Temp:
             +34°C
Core1 Temp:
             +35°C

I have now two entries in /sys/class/hwmon/:
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 0 25. Aug 07:17 hwmon0
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 0 25. Aug 08:15 hwmon1

The first one has entries:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root    0 25. Aug 07:17
device -> ../../../devices/platform/i2c-9191/9191-0290
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root    0 25. Aug 08:15 subsystem -> ../../../class/hwmon
--w------- 1 root root 4,0K 25. Aug 08:15 uevent

This is the it87 which gkrellm supports.

The second one has entries:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root    0 25. Aug 07:17
device -> ../../../devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:18.3
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root    0 25. Aug 08:15 subsystem -> ../../../class/hwmon
--w------- 1 root root 4,0K 25. Aug 08:15 uevent

This is k8temp which gkrellm doesn't support yet, it seems. (Because of the
off-standard names?)

Would be nice if support got added. :-)

Cheers,
