Hello, I have the need to monitor the CPU load of many different computers simultaneously. However, there are too many to realistically have a separate gkrellm running for each one. So, I envisioned a plugin that would read stats from multiple gkrellmd instances, and just display the desired statistics. It seems like most of the components to realize such a plugin are already existing: the client interface, the CPU chart, etc. The idea is that if the user wants to see more detail on a specific node, he could just click on the CPU chart for it, and a full gkrellm instance would start up in --server mode. But my first question is, Is this possible given the current client/server model? (without having to write a custom client) Thank you, Glen Mabey _______________________________________________ Gkrellm mailing list [email protected] http://lists.jutley.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gkrellm
