i have to check with my boss first, but i need to get some things out of the 
way before i approach him. i don't think it will be  a problem.. the big 
thing is the userlist.

we run surgemail so it has its own mailing list software (dlist) which behaves 
like any other. all i would need is an ascii userlist of email addresses one 
per line along with some admin/moderator info. we can more than handle it.. 
presently our email server handles a bit more than 600k msgs /hr and 
is 'loafing'.

would the list change domains or are you looking to keep jutley.org running  
and simply set the new ip in your dns? we can accomodate either.
