Request: User-editable Calendar format.

Good day.

I have a small question/request, would it be possible to have the user
configure the format under which the Calendar is displayed? My personal
issue is that the default format is too long for the width I use, and I do
not like the format anyway (ie: I don't have a need to be reminded which
month we are in on a daily basis).

It shouldn't be harder than specifying a text box where people input the
format string for strftime(), even though the real design decision is what
to do with the presentation format... since I can imagine some people will
have issues if something as old as gkrellm itself is changed, but isn't this
request feasible? I think users should have the freedom to specify their
calendar output format.
