Making sense of temperatures and CPU fan

I have gkrellm running on a Gentoo system with the following
temperatures reported:

Core0 25
Core0 27
Core1 29
Core1 32
THRM 47

How can I figure out what these different temperature zones correspond
to? Is one of them CPU temperature?

Can these temperatures be graphed?

What does the "Proc" graph represent?

How can I monitor and control CPU fan speed? Under "Sensors" in the
Configutation, neither "Fans" or "Voltages" has an "Enable" checkbox.

Here is my dmesg output with verbose debugging output:

# dmesg|grep i2c
i2c /dev entries driver
