those names do not come up when i first connect with sensors via gkrellm it is more like 
GPU:A  and GPU:B or similar i dont remember at the moment.

i could do that sure.

i noticed another thing... im paying more attention to be sure.. since i have been using 
my mouse wheel to change desktops and have no pagers executing at all it does not seem to 
do it, however i come back from extended breaks or overnight and it is duplicated once 
again. i have no screen savers but i have it set to power down the monitors in 6 minutes 
of inactivity.. maybe that does something stupid... i will try to see if that is the only 
time it does that and if so i will try leaving everything powered up and simply turn 
monitors off manually to see if it 'cures' the problem... it is getting narrowed down 
slowly, but i am not sure yet about the interraction with sticky bits set which i really 
need.. right now it is set on one desktop only. maybe tomorrow i will enable sticky and 
see if that changes anything when changing desktops with the mouse wheel.
