i found a way to do it but it is a kludge. will search thru the gkrellm code to see if there are timing specs on getting data. i assume it uses the /sys entries to read the temps.. what i am doing temporarily is this : watch -n 0.1 cat /sys/devices/platform/coretemp.0/temp1_input if i were to do it within gkrellm, i would probably up the time between samples to 0.5 seconds. it appears that between .1 and .5 i am not missing anything. anyone know if the sampling rate for coretemp sensors is in a header file or within a code loop itself? (yeah i know im lazy :) ) i see an option in gkrellm config for temp graphs but i have yet to be able to see where they are graphed. -- Rio ______________________________________________ Gkrellm mailing list [email protected] Read archives-join-leave-set RSS feed: http://archive.lists.netservicesgroup.com This service is provided by The Network Services Group: http://www.netservicesgroup.com
