Some users have experienced this with GkrellM 2.3.2 on windows, I 
actually never found the reason. According to the feedback I received 
off-list, the beta I posted back in july seems to be much more stable so 
I hope for 2.3.5 to fix these crashes for most people.

The main issue, is Windows completely failing to help either the user or 
the developer of the application resolve the problem. That message is 
just plain useless.

There are none available so far. I have started updating some of the 
plugins that were once available for Windows but I haven't found the 
time to create an installer. Eventually I will start shipping them as a 
simple zip first.

So far I got the following plugins working:
- gkbinclock
- gkrell_sunlight
- gkrellAclock
- gkrellfire
- gkrellm-gtodo
- gkrellm_timers
- gkrellmbgchg2
- gkrellmlaunch
- gkrellm-tz
- gkrellweather (actually I'm rewriting this one atm)

Haven't looked at this one but I guess porting it will be difficult, it 
directly uses ALSA or ESD. I will have a look at it when time permits 
but I can't make any promises.

That zip indeed contains headers and a library to produce plugins for 
GKrellM on Windows.
