that's an interesting message because according to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms724837.aspx this function
should be present since win2k and reside in advapi32.dll and not inside
kernel32.dll.

Eventually this is a similar problem I faced with other functions that
are present under the same name in more than one DLL. I'll have a look
at the release binaries in a few days and see if I can find anything
suspicious.
