Is there any way of enabling it (short of modifying the > source code and rebuilding it)? No, apart from commenting a single line in winops-win32.c there's no way to get the taskbar entry back yet. I can probably re-enable parts of the "Properties"-Tab for the next version. I don't have any timeframe on that though as I'm quite busy with work nowadays and I also have other things in and around GKrellM that need serious fixing first.
