The themes are hosted by someone else on http://www.muhri.net and it
looks like either the web-server is misconfigured or its author just let
his site vanish (it didn't see any updates for about ten years AFAICS).

I already got hold of the last complete skin tarball and could probably
host themes as part of the main gkrellm site.
