Yes.  It may be getting less common, but it's still out there.  Aside  
from older machines limited to 32 bits, at least some machines capable  
of running 64 bit still run 32 bit Windows due to cost.  (They  
originally came with 32 bit Windows, and upgrading was  too expensive.   
We'll see if Windows 10 changes that or not.)
