Question on version 2.3.7

I'm trying to adapt the previous Gentoo ebuild for this version - the  
good news is that it seems all of the previously used patches are no  
longer necessary, having been included in the code.  However, looking  
at the patch which added "cifs" to two files (near line 1329 in  
server/monitor.c and near line 163 in src/fs.c) it appears cifs is now  
both first and last in the list in both locations.  Is this  
intentional, or is one of them extraneous?
