Disk chart labels

As the one who requested the ability to provide labels
to the Disk charts I want to thank Bill for the change.
I quickly set the chart labels and enjoyed seeing
"/home" rather than "dm-8".

I recently rebooted and as expected LVM made very
different mappings between logical volumes and dm-#
names.  So I had to redo all the labels.  As I do
not reboot often it was a small price to pay for
the value received.
