GKrellxmms2 has disappeared from stack

If not being able to add an audio stream isn't enough now the plug-in
has disappeared and is no longer listed in the list of available plug-
ins.=C2=A0

Under Install Log it now shows

/usr/lib/gkrellm2/plugins/gkrellxmms2.so
	Error: /usr/lib/gkrellm2/plugins/gkrellxmms2.so: undefined
symbol: xmmsv_get_int

The version installed is:
