Ok, thank you for the explanation of the problem.

Does the hang appear when ekiga receives the call, or later, when you 
press Accept call icon on Ekiga?

Do you have "Automatically answer incoming calls" switched on in 
Preferences->Forwarding?

It is a hang (freeze), not a crash (ekiga quits), is that right?
