Using Ekiga to connect to an Azure SIP server

I need to connect with Ekiga to a telephony app running on Dialogic HMP installed on an Azure server.  My Azure connection IP is 52.xxx.xxx.xxx and the actual Azure server IP is 10.0.x.x.  Can anyone help with this?
