add 0 before dialed number

Hello,

is it possible to add a "0" before any dialed number?

additionally: is it possible to add a default @ipadress to a manually
dialed number?

For example if you currently type in a number, it won´t add @*ipadress*
so that in my case the call via SIP fails.

Correct format would be sip:dialednumber@ipadress

But it´s not adding the ipadress when I type in the number manually.
Only if I chose a number out of the adressbook.
