Hi,

There was an unplanned outage on code this morning.  At around 7am
US/EDT the system experienced an I/O error that caused code to make its
root filesystem readonly.  This affected numerous services, including
email, IRC Logs, and the GnuCash wiki.  By 9:30am the problem was
diagnosed and a theraputic reboot ensued.  This also required manually
running a filesystem check.  By 10:40 everything was back up.
