[GNC-dev] horizontal blue line - separating future transactions

Hi everyone,

I understand the horizontal blue line to separate past transactions from 
future transactions. Now when the transactions are displayed sorted by 
date in reverse order, this line is always displayed at the top and does 
not visually separate future transactions. This behaviour seems to have 
been going on for several releases. But it seems that it has not been 
fixed yet.
Tested with Git version 4.9 from December 2021.
