[GNC-dev] Dummy lines in dialog-commodity.glade; Unification of "Namespace" and "Type"

Hi Bob,

I just stumbled over at least 2 lines with
' translatable="yes">Dummy '
Are they really somewhere displayed to the user or can we drop the
translatable flag?

Do you remember similar cases, perhaps after looking in a dictionary as
described under 'Recycle already existing strings in
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/I18N#General_Thoughts?

While working on the docs. we found in
https://code.gnucash.org/docs/de/gnucash-help/tool-security-edit.html#tool-commodity
different labels "Namespace" in the database window and "Type" in this
dialog for the same element. IMHO we should unify this to nammespace. I
do rurrently not remember, where the second part of the glade file is used.
