Thanks, that is excellent advice.  Maybe I will use squidfunk/github rather than the wiki.

I'll keep this for when I attempt to compile and reach out to Derek shall I need.

If the docs become more than a few notes then https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/ is a nice framework for writing docs in markdown and publishing on GitHub Pages.

I'll be interested in your progress compiling Gnucash in Windows and a copy of GnuCash Windows executable with the python bindings. Note https://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-user/2023-April/106619.html
