I'm not certain if these use acceptable licenses for GnuCash, or if they indeed cover the necessary blocks, but it seems "GNU Unifont" (GPL) and "Noto" (OFL) might fit the bill. It seems Gnu Unifont has the greatest # of blocks supported.
