[GNC-dev] New Address Sanitizer and Code Coverage builds

Devs,

I've just landed a new build type that builds GnuCash with the Address Sanitizer enabled, and two new build options, COVERAGE and GUILE_COVERAGE that along with some special targets easily generate  code coverage information for the test suite or anything else that you might want coverage information for.
