Derek has done a new iteration for blocking bot access to Bugzilla and has turned it back on. There are a couple of changes:
  * You must be logged in to access bugzilla.
  * New account creation is disabled.
  * Logins will now persist only as long as browser sessions do instead of for 30 days.
