[GNC] Custom field in GNUCash?

Hello,

I would like to obtain a confirmation.  As of June 2026, it is not possible
to create custom fields, aka self-defined values, in GNUCash, right?

I have gone through most of the documentation PDF file but I don’t seem to
see this.  Hence my message.

If custom field is not available, is there any plan to add this feature in
the future?
