[GNC] GnuCash Bulk invoice creation, bulk statement export, and per customer invoice export tool

Hello,

I have made a web based tool that will create batch invoices in a CSV
format for you to import to GnuCash. It will also create batch
statements, and/or batch invoices (PDF output) on a per customer or per
customer group basis, including 'non-zero' balances, and has multi-
entity support with different profiles for different entities if you
track finances for multiple organizations. AI was used in the creation
of this tool. 

It is designed to run locally on linux or on a trusted web server, with
php8.5, chromium, and python3.
