Older versions of LWP used it. Another SSL module you can try updating is IO::Socket::SSL. Then try installed Net::SSL as well. After that, I am out of ideas. I no longer have an Intel Mac, and the M1 that replaced it is locked down (work Macbook). Those libraries BTW are usually part of OpenSSL.
