Sort > is separate from the filter. This was a big help. We ended up trying the Windows version of GNUCash (the laptop in question dual-boots) and found the filtering options there we needed. I've since did an `apt-get source gnucash`, swapped out the 5.14 source with the 5.16 source and did a `dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -b`, yielding .deb packages for 5.16 on Ubuntu 26.04.
